A Castlegar councillor is upset with the city's decision to say no to urban chickens.
Deb McIntosh says council promised public dialogue first but that didn't happen.
She called the decision "unfair" and "wrong."
Mcintosh says she's not giving up. If enough people ask her to, she'll continue to bring it forward.
She was one of two councillors who voted against the motion to deny backyard birds.
