The Shambhala Music Festival is looking to take the show on the road as an additional component to the regular event..
After 15 years at their Salmo location the growing success has led organizers to begin work on a long term strategic plan, which will also see them reach out to the region to see what they like and don't like about the festival.
Shambhala CFO Anna Bundschuh says, as for touring the festival, whatever community barks loudest might get their bite. That could include Calgary, Edmonton and somehere on the coast because many guests come from there.
Organizers will be collecting results of a community survey at a special Nelson and District Chamber of Commerce "Business After Business" gathering on Thursday October 18th.
